The Legend of the Prophet and the Assassin Hints

I need that falcon! How can I get it?

  • 1 of 19: The game is pretty picky about the order of your actions in this instance. You must actually NEED a "bird of prey" before you can do the deed.
  • 2 of 19: You must find somebody who wants it (more than you do, that is).
  • 3 of 19: Talk to the dancing girl in Qamar's tent.
  • 4 of 19: She gives you a huge clue during your conversation.
  • 5 of 19: The dancing girl said, "attract it with some bait ... a mouse or something."
  • 6 of 19: The falcon must be able to see the mouse for this to work.
  • 7 of 19: After you have readied the mouse, turn your attention to the falcon and its owner.
  • 8 of 19: Cause a distraction so the owner leaves the falcon unattended.
  • 9 of 19: Observe him with your eyes and your ears. Also look around him and the camels. You might make the deductions yourself.
  • 10 of 19: The crackling noises of a fire can be heard when you get close to the man.
  • 11 of 19: Fire! Where is the fire? One is not burning in the campfire near him.
  • 12 of 19: A burning torch is behind a pillar near the camels. Using it, start a fire of your own!
  • 13 of 19: What can you burn?
  • 14 of 19: You'll need something very dry as kindling.
  • 15 of 19: Check your inventory. You should have some dung pancakes, found in one of the baskets near the mouse. The dung is dried and will burn.
  • 16 of 19: Set them on fire by combining them with the torch. Then find a place to put your burning dung so that the hawk's keeper will leave his vigil.
  • 17 of 19: A spot has become usable that wasn't before.
  • 18 of 19: The blue blanket near the camels is now active. Use the flaming dung on the blanket.
  • 19 of 19: When the keeper diverts his attention and leaves his post, remove the mask and leg string from the falcon quickly.
