The Lost Crown: A Ghost-Hunting Adventure Hints
How can I repair the elevator?
of 12: If you try to use the elevator to get to the higher floors of the museum building, you will notice that the doors are not working correctly and are always open. The lights are also not lit, meaning the elevator itself is not working.
of 12: If the lights aren't lit -- what kind of problem might we be experiencing?
of 12: If the lights aren't on, chances are the power to the elevator is out.
of 12: Try to find a fusebox -- there's one in this downstairs area.
of 12: You will find the fusebox in the surveillance room, but you will also notice that the thing is locked.
of 12: Unlocking it should be your top priority.
of 12: Once you have the box unlocked, your next objective becomes clear -- a fuse has blown and you are charged with finding a suitable replacement before you can advance upstairs.
of 12: Thankfully, there's a veritable bevy of them not far away.
of 12: Head back to the first room you came into when breaking through the window.
of 12: Over at the right-hand side of the room, you will find a basket of the things. Grab one, any one!
of 12: Now take it back and use it on the fusebox.
of 12: You will need to remove the old fuse before you can insert the new one.
