What was that crashing noise I heard when leaving the hallway?
1 of 6: If you've explored both the kitchen and bathroom, and try to leave the hallway, you will hear the sound of smashing crockery.
2 of 6: If you head into the kitchen again, you will notice that one of the blue plates on the dresser has fallen off and smashed.
3 of 6: You will also notice that there was a book behind that plate, which you can now click on and read.
4 of 6: It's a diary, but seems to only contain one page of entries.
5 of 6: It is, in fact, the diary of Eduardo de Molina, the Spanish nobleman you read about in the document in the desk.
