What can I see through Hardacre's theodolite?
1 of 4: There are a few small things you can take a look at, but the most important item can be found at +135 on the lower dial. Click on that value to rotate the theodolite to that point.
2 of 4: You will catch Lucy hanging around the old net store.
3 of 4: When Hardacre comes back and busts you, head one screen to the right, towards town.
4 of 4: Lucy will then call you on the walkie talkie she gave you while you were treasure hunting, and you will automatically progress to the old net store.
