After you have her suitcase, talk to Drew Baringmore. Click on the drink on the table, and use the orgasmic powder from your inventory. Then, click on the drink and choose "other" and type in "drink". Next, talk to Drew about the suitcase using the conversation menu. When she gets up to leave, you will stay out of the line of sight.
