1 of 7: You need to raise the water level.
2 of 7: Climb to the white brick tower nearest the tall single brick tower with the yellow arrows ion it.
3 of 7: At the top of the tower is the diamond.
4 of 7: His the diamond and the water level will rise.
5 of 7: Now, you can reach a "!" switch.
