How do I get the 3rd star (Rematch with Koopa the Quick)?
2 of 12: Go to the island with the pipe and jump on the cliff above you.
3 of 12: Proceed down the slope and follow the path until you see Koopa.
4 of 12: He'll challenge you to a race.
5 of 12: Accept, but don't cheat along the way.
