1 of 4: You need to find the giant blue Thwomp.
2 of 4: He is near the actual clock on this level.
3 of 4: Get on top of his head by doing a double jump.
4 of 4: When he is at the highest point, you can jump from his head to the small yellow wire surface where the star awaits.
