How Can I Restore Power Transmission?
1 of 10: Make sure you have the cable from the oxium room, and some pliers.
2 of 10: Some rubber gloves would be helpful as well. (Check Spector).
3 of 10: Now enter the tunnels south of the oxium room.
4 of 10: Travel east, then south and west to a 4-way branch. Go south.
5 of 10: At the end of this tunnel are stairs leading to the above ground plant.
6 of 10: Take them.
7 of 10: Once above ground, you see lots of charged, broken cables!
8 of 10: Protect your hands, and get to work.
9 of 10: Ready the rubber gloves, and U)se the pliers on the cable TO the tower.
