Track the Signal
1 of 6: Your first destination is the Wards Access area in the Presidium.
2 of 6: Fast-transit yourself there, then go down the curving hallway that leads to an elevator.
3 of 6: Use it to reach the part of the Flux and Wards Access area that you need to be in.
4 of 6: Look along the back (north) wall of the first large room you come to.
5 of 6: The computer wall panel on the left registers as a signal source, so investigate it.
