Talk to Chorban
1 of 6: Whether or not you've already gotten the "Citadel: Scan the Keepers" assignment, you can now find Chorban in the Lower Wards.
2 of 6: Go to the Lower Markets area to find Chorban standing around near the west wall.
3 of 6: Exactly how things go when you talk to him depends on whether you've already gotten the above-mentioned assignment.
4 of 6: If you haven't, he and two of his "boys" will attack you. After you defeat them, talk to Chorban and be sure to choose the dialogues that will let you get the keeper-scanning assignment. (Unless you want a lot of Paragon morality points, in which case you should refuse to do any scanning for him.)
5 of 6: If you already have (or have completed) that assignment when you talk to Chorban, he'll dismiss his goons and talk reasonably to you. You'll have the choice to continue scanning for him or refuse to continue in order to get Paragon points.
