Keep Him Talking
1 of 5: Find Rafael Vargas standing next to a table to the north and talk to him.
2 of 5: There are two different ways you can handle the conversation with Vargas.
3 of 5: One is to tell him right off that you were sent to spy for Mallene. If you do this, you'll get the "Turn Mallene In" objective.
4 of 5: Otherwise, try to keep him talking, using Charm and Intimidate options whenever you can.
5 of 5: If you get far enough, you'll finish the objective and get "Hacking Complete."
