Talk to Jahleed
1 of 9: Return to the Security area to find Jahleed right where you left him.
2 of 9: If you told Chorban that you'll do/finish the "Citadel: Scan the Keepers" assignment, Jahleed will reward you and leave when you talk to him, ending this assignment (and renaming it "Ctiadel: Jahleed and Chorban").
3 of 9: If you told Chorban that you wouldn't do any more keeper scans, you'll be obligated to tell Jahleed that you're turning him in.
4 of 9: He'll make a desperate plea, and you'll get Charm and Intimidate options to deal with him.
5 of 9: If you can use one of those options, you'll finish the assignment, and it'll be renamed "Citadel: Jahleed Returns Materials."
6 of 9: If not, you'll have to choose the "Too bad" option. That'll get Jahleed to offer you a bribe.
7 of 9: When a C-Sec officer comes over, you can say that everything's fine in order to accept the bribe, or you can turn Jahleed in.
8 of 9: NOTE: If you accept the bribe, Jahleed will offer you another chance to do the keeper-scanning assignment, but don't bother accepting -- you won't be able to scan any more keepers.
9 of 9: NOTE: The assignment name changes to "Citadel: Jahleed Arrested" if you had him arrested, and "Citadel: Jahleed Set Free" if you accepted his bribe.
