Make a Cure
1 of 10: Return to the Medical Bay area and go down the corridor that starts near its SW corner to reach an elevator.
2 of 10: Take it down to the lower level to find yourself in the Scientist Barracks area.
3 of 10: You can talk to Han Olar to learn a bit more about the hot labs incident, and you can raid an aid station and locked container -- but what you really need to do is get into the Quarantine Lab.
4 of 10: Talk to the lab guard and say that you're there to make a cure.
5 of 10: He'll let you in, so look around for a way to make a cure (after searching for raidable containers).
6 of 10: Read the research notes that are on the table next to the "Make Cure" hotspot, then click on that hotspot to play a Mixture Minigame.
7 of 10: The instant you win that minigame, Alestia Iallis (who you may have noticed in the Medical Bay earlier) and her geth pals will enter the lab and talk to you.
8 of 10: When they turn hostile, immediately sprint for cover behind the nearest large crate.
9 of 10: Use strategic shooting to take them down without getting creamed by Alestia's biotic talents. (Having Liara T'Soni with you would really pay off now.)
10 of 10: After that, you'll be on the "Return to Cohen" objective.
