1 of 5: As soon as you regain control, run for the door to the main hot labs room and get out your weapon.
2 of 5: There are going to be a lot of rachni soldiers in the main room, and you won't have time to carefully and strategically blast them all.
3 of 5: Toss and detonate a couple of grenades, then sprint-run your way toward the elevator. Biotic talents like Throw and Lift may also be able to help you clear the way to the elevator. (Use Liara's talents if you don't have them yourself.)
4 of 5: Your feeble character will tire out *very* quickly, so don't start sprinting until you're already partway into the main room.
5 of 5: If you can make it to the elevator alive, use its panel to get your squad immediately caught up to you, and to finish this mission successfully.
