1 of 4: You can get it while working on the second objective of the "Feros: Geth Attack" mission.
2 of 4: While on your way to meet with Fai Dan, enter the Zhu's Hope ship and look around.
3 of 4: There's a terminal in the eastern-most side compartment that you can decrypt to get the "Go to Amazon System" objective.
4 of 4: Unless, that is, you've already done the "UNC: Espionage Probe" assignment, in which case you won't be able to get this assignment -- as these two assignments are essentially the same.
