1 of 4: The power cells you need are down in the tunnels area, which is the same region you'll be going to for the "Feros: Varren Meat" assignment.
2 of 4: Do that assignment up to the point where you kill the alpha varren, then look around for power cells.
3 of 4: You'll find them on the flaming vehicle that's up on higher ground.
