1 of 7: Run north until you reach the spot where you can go down a big ramp and get back to where you parked the Mako.
2 of 7: Get into the Mako and turn it around, then drive it through the garage doors.
3 of 7: There will be several geth to blast just outside the garage, so use the usual tactics against them.
4 of 7: Drive on past that until you get to the point where Lizbeth leaves the Mako in a brief cinematic.
5 of 7: Get out and follow her down to the refugee camp, where you'll find that Ethan Jeong has gone nuts.
6 of 7: During the conversation, use Charm or Intimidate options to get him to forget about "purging" the colony if you can. If not, you'll have to kill him.
7 of 7: Whatever happens, your objective will be updated to "Return to Zhu's Hope."
