Get to Medical Base
1 of 10: The Cacus system of the Hades Gamma cluster is now accessible, so travel there.
2 of 10: Choose to land on the planet Chohe, and take along a squad that can handle several biotic enemies.
3 of 10: After you land in the Mako, drive south to the science base that's marked on the area map.
4 of 10: When you reach the base, park near the large circular structure with the big light on top.
5 of 10: Use its entrance console to get in, then search the first room for an item container.
6 of 10: Save before you open the door to the larger room to the south, since the biotic terrorists are all in that room, along with several innocent (though insane) civilians.
7 of 10: Do your best to shoot down the biotics quickly without killing any of the civilians.
8 of 10: Try getting the biotics' attention, then running back for the door that leads back north. Hopefully, several of them will come after you, and you'll be able to finish them off.
9 of 10: After you kill all of the biotics, you'll get a message, the exact contents of which will depend on how many civilians are still alive.
