1 of 4: There's a storage locker next to the bottom of a ramp that's near the one you came down. Fortunately, its Decryption Minigame is of the "retry as many times as you like" variety.
2 of 4: Almost directly west of that is a crate.
3 of 4: Head north to find a technician kit in the very NW corner of the area.
4 of 4: Down near the area's SW corner is another storage locker that works just like the first one.
