Meet With Anderson
1 of 6: Before you meet with Captain Anderson, you should go visit all of the Citadel's merchants to see what all good stuff they have in stock now, plus do the two new Optional Assignments.
2 of 6: When you're ready, use the rapid transit system to go to Wards Locations / Flux.
3 of 6: You'll find Captain Anderson seated at a table near the nightclub's west end.
4 of 6: Talk to him to learn that he has two different ideas on how to reverse the Normandy's lockdown so you can "steal" it Star Trek III style.
5 of 6: The only difference in the choices is what cinematic you get later on, so pick whichever one you most want to see. (Personally, I always want to see that pompous amb-ass-ador get conked in his office!)
6 of 6: When you tell Captain Anderson that you're ready to go, your current objective will become "Go to Ilos."
