1 of 8: If you just want to get some quick morality points out of this assignment, use a couple of persuasion options to talk Keeler out of using the drug.
2 of 8: If you'd rather get Keeler what he wants, start by telling him "No promises."
3 of 8: The Med Clinic is the place to go for drugs and such, so use a rapid transit console to go there.
4 of 8: Talk to Dr. Michel to see if she has the mental stimulant you're after.
5 of 8: She has no dialogue topics about it, so check her store inventory.
6 of 8: At the bottom will be two new unique items: a depressant and a mental stimulant.
7 of 8: They're both the same price, so buy either one and return to Keeler.
8 of 8: Talk to him to give him what you bought and get your reward, which will include some Renegade points if you give him the depressant.
