Mass Effect Hints
Early Presidium Tour Info
of 12: In Udina's office, you can get the optional assignment "Unusual Readings," though you won't be able to do anything on it for awhile.
of 12: You can talk to the guys in the nearby Volus and Elcor Office, but it won't get you anything yet.
of 12: Leave the office area and talk to the receptionist at her desk in the embassy reception area to get some XP and a codex entry. You can get more of the same by thoroughly quizzing the nearby Avina terminal.
of 12: Go up the stairs to the west of the reception desk and open the door to the other major section of the embassy.
of 12: In the unlabeled northern room, you can examine two computer terminals to get XP and codex entries.
of 12: In the C-Sec HQ area, you can talk to Executor Pallin for XP and a codex entry, and you can try to hack a terminal that'll give you the "Strange Transmission" optional assignment.
of 12: You can talk to a couple of people in the embassy lounge, but you won't get much for it. Go back to the embassy reception area and leave it to the south.
of 12: Just to the SW is a Citadel Rapid Transit console, but it can currently only take you to the Tower area. Down a nearby ramp is an elevator that goes to the C-Sec Security area, but you can't use it until later.
of 12: Head up to the NW corner of the Presidium to find another Avina terminal that you can get XP and a codex entry from.
of 12: Down in the south section, you can talk to Barla Von in the bank for a codex entry and some XP. You can get the same from the emporium shopkeeper, and you can barter with him for various goods in three categories.
of 12: TIP: Buy the cheap Sitta Foundation License that's in his standard goods inventory so that your requisition officer on board the Normandy can barter in Sitta Foundation goods.
of 12: Just east of that is another Avina terminal you can use for a codex entry and XP, followed by the consort chambers in the SE corner, where you can get the "Citadel: Asari Consort" optional assignment.
