How can I get this assignment?
1 of 6: You can first get it right after you arrive at the Citadel.
2 of 6: Go to the C-Sec HQ area in the embassy area (NE section of Presidium).
3 of 6: Look in a side room to find a hackable computer terminal on a big table.
4 of 6: Save before you hack it, since it has a "one-chance-only" Decryption Minigame attached to it.
5 of 6: After you finish the minigame (or fail it and spend 25 omni-gel), you'll be given the "Find the Commune" objective.
6 of 6: NOTE: If you don't get this assignment on the Citadel, you can get it on Feros in the ExoGeni building's main level (near the VI guy). But there's no benefit at all to waiting, so you might as well get it as soon as you can.
