How can I get this assignment?
1 of 6: You can first get it right after you arrive at the Citadel.
2 of 6: Go to the Consort Chambers in the SE corner of the Presidium and speak to Nelyna.
3 of 6: Ask about an appointment with Sha'ira, then give Nelyna your name.
4 of 6: When you try to exit conversation with Nelyna, Sha'ira will say that she wants to meet with you right away.
5 of 6: Go to the SE corner of the waiting area, then up the stairs and through a panel-opened door.
6 of 6: Approach Sha'ira to get her to talk to you and give you the "Speak with Gen. Septimus" objective.
