Geth Combat Tips
1 of 3: Move slowly into the huge cave room until you can see and shoot the nearest geth.
2 of 3: Some of them will charge you, so you'll probably want to retreat back into the tunnel (or all the way to the monkey room) to give yourself more room to blast them.
3 of 3: After they're finished off, move back into the cave room and pick off those who elected to stay behind cover rather than charging you.
