How can I get the defense guns working?
1 of 7: Check them both to see if either of them is interactive.
2 of 7: They aren't, but the generator device that's halfway between them is.
3 of 7: Park the Mako next to the generator, then get out on foot.
4 of 7: Use the generator to get the option of hooking the Mako up to it.
5 of 7: Doing so will make it impossible to use the Mako, but it will get the defense guns to shooting at the rachni.
6 of 7: You should stay near the Mako or one of the barricades and shoot any rachni soldiers that come close.
7 of 7: When you want the Mako back, you can use the generator again and choose to disconnect the Mako from it.
