Talk to Wrex
If, by some chance, you managed to stumble upon the armor without ever having talked to Wrex and without having him in your party as you entered the base, you'll skip straight to this objective. The idea is the same as "Give Armor to Wrex" -- just return to the Normandy and talk to Wrex to learn about and deliver the armor.
