1 of 6: You'll first have to finish the fifth objective of the "Citadel: Expose Saren" mission.
2 of 6: Travel to the C-Sec region of the Wards and look around in the C-Sec Offices area.
3 of 6: In the SE office, you'll find a computer terminal that requires a very high Decryption talent to hack into.
4 of 6: If you can do it, you'll get the "Find Helena Blake" objective.
5 of 6: If you can't do it, then just jump ahead to the "UNC: Hostile Takeover" assignment.
6 of 6: NOTE: You won't be able to hack the computer or get this assignment after you talk to Helena Blake.
