Thresher Maw Combat Tips
1 of 6: To get a thresher maw to appear, drive around in its area (always a flat-ish plain) until it rises up from the ground.
2 of 6: The maw will occasionally spit a glob of damaging gook at you, so be sure to dodge it when you see it coming. (Backing up quickly is usually the best way to do that.)
3 of 6: Between glob dodges, hit the maw once with the Mako's cannon, following up with machine gun fire.
4 of 6: The maw will periodicaly submerge into the sand and re-emerge somewhere nearby, so watch for it doing that.
5 of 6: You'll get a good chunk of XP and credits if you have the patience to kill the thing.
6 of 6: NOTE: Try to do so without taking any hits, since you don't want to have to spend omni-gel to repair the Mako.
