Mass Effect Hints
Credit Limit Note
1 of 5: The game won't let you have more than 9,999,999 credits at a time, and it is possible to get that many once you're level 40+ and are constantly getting lots of extra high-level equipment to sell.
2 of 5: If you ever do get 9,999,999 credits, and have stuff you need to get rid of right away, there's no point in selling it, since you won't get anything for it.
3 of 5: First, see if any available merchants have anything expensive that you can use. If so, buy that, then sell off some stuff.
4 of 5: Otherwise, you might as well convert items into omni-gel instead of selling them, since you'll at least get something for them that way. (Unless you also have the max of 999 omni-gel, in which case you can't get anything for liquidated items.)
5 of 5: TIP: If you ever get to the point where you have max credits and omni-gel, start using omni-gel to bypass all Decryption Minigames without even trying them. You'll lose no XP for using omni-gel, and the process of opening things will be a lot faster and easier.
