1 of 4: You can pick it up while working on the second objective of the "Feros: The Thorian" mission.
2 of 4: In the second large room you come to in the ExoGeni Upper Level area, kill off all the geth, then look around for a geth terminal.
3 of 4: If you can hack into it, you'll get the "Investigate Geth" objective.
4 of 4: Unless, that is, you've already done the "UNC: Geth Incursions" assignment, in which case you won't be able to get this assignment -- as these two assignments are essentially the same.
