Go to Transport Hub.
1 of 4: Leave Liara's office and go down the stairs, then go through the nearby door with the "transportation" and "shipping" signs above it.
2 of 4: In the shipping area, go up the stairs with the "transportation" sign on the railing and through a door.
3 of 4: Past the next door, turn right and go over to the booth labeled "police."
4 of 4: Talk to Officer Dara about Samara, then choose the option about hailing a cab to be taken to the spaceport area.
