1 of 3: Near the bottom of the stairs that go up to Liara's office, go through the door with the "transportation" and "shipping" signs above it.
2 of 3: In the shipping area, find Seryna at her desk on the lower floor near the "shipping" sign.
3 of 3: Talk to her about finding Thane, and say "let's go" at the end of the conversation to get taken to the Dantius Towers area.
