Visit Crime Scene.
1 of 5: Leave the police station, then turn left to find the electronic police lines.
2 of 5: Just past the first set of police lines, look on the right for some shipping details that'll give you the "Illium: The Justicar: Stolen Goods Found" optional assignment.
3 of 5: Past the next police line, go down to the end of the shiny walkway. Go down the steps directly ahead to find some circuit boards to salvage, then go up the other steps.
4 of 5: There are several hostiles past the steps on the right that you'll want to shoot down from near the top of the steps.
5 of 5: Go down their walkway and open the door past the police lines to meet Samara.
