1 of 7: Leave Liara's office and go down the stairs, then go through the nearby door with the "transportation" and "shipping" signs above it.
2 of 7: In the shipping area, go up the stairs with the "transportation" sign on the railing and through a door.
3 of 7: Past the next door, turn right to find a secure station on the nearby wall.
4 of 7: Hack that station, then quickly look around for the vulnerable system that's connected to it.
5 of 7: Run south from the secure station to the Baria Frontiers area, then look for the vulnerable system next to the plant.
6 of 7: Use it before the one-minute timer is up to get the data you need.
