Find Data Fragments.
1 of 3: Leave Liara's office and look around in the areas north of it for five "Datapoint" terminals.
2 of 3: One of them is in a corner near the bottom of the stairs that lead up to Liara's office.
3 of 3: Hack that terminal, then choose to exit. (Calling Liara before hacking all five terminals isn't useful.)
