Can I get any morality points here?
1 of 3: In the conversation that immediately follows your healing Wilson, you'll be able to gain either some Paragon or Renegade morality points.
2 of 3: This one is rather obvious. You get Paragon points for saying that you need to find Miranda ("But she tried to help me"), and Renegade points for saying that you shouldn't bother ("Maybe, maybe not").
3 of 3: Be sure to watch for opportunities to earn more morality points in future conversations. A lot of them won't be specifically pointed out in these hints.
