Walk with Jack.
1 of 3: Use all the interactive items in Jack's cell to get responses from her.
2 of 3: Leave the cell and use the old blood smear on the wall to get another response, followed by the mission-ending cut-scenes.
3 of 3: NOTE: During those cut-scenes, you'll have to break up a fight between Miranda and Jack if you've already done Miranda's loyalty mission. If you don't have an extremely high number of either Paragon or Renegade points, you'll have to choose sides, thereby losing the loyalty of the one you choose against.
