Zakera Ward Tour
1 of 9: As you enter the large central area past Captain Bailey's office, you can talk to an Avina terminal to get some Citadel information.
2 of 9: Go a bit east of the terminal and look for the Citadel Souvenirs shop to the south. In it, talk to Deleia Sanassi and try to convince her to give you a discount, then use the store terminal to see what's for sale. (Unfortunately, it's just expensive junk.)
3 of 9: Go a bit north of the souvenir shop to get the "Citadel: Krogan Sushi" assignment, then head west to the Zakera Cafe. Its terminal will sell you high-grade provisions that are needed for a Normandy assignment, plus a couple of cheap novels that'll give you codex entries.
4 of 9: Use the rapid transit terminal that's along the north side of the large central area to go to level 28, then go west to find the Rodam Expeditions shop. As with Citadel Souvenirs, you can talk to the shop owner to try and get a discount, then use the shop terminal to see what's for sale. (At least this store sells useful equipment, though you probably can't afford much of it now.)
5 of 9: Look along the south side of the level for an Avina terminal and the large, fancy entrance to the Dark Star lounge. In it, you can talk to a Presidium Groundskeeper to get info for the above-mentioned krogan sushi assignment, and you can use the brandy terminal on the bar to buy some Serrice Ice Brandy for a Normandy assignment.
6 of 9: You can also talk to the bartender to get a drink, or join the dancers on the dance floor briefly, but neither one does you any good. Leave the lounge and go east to find a reporter named Khalisah al-Jilani who you can talk to for some morality points.
7 of 9: Go back to the rapid transit terminal and use it to go to level 26, then use the nearby advertisement gadget to view a totally hilarious ad for an all-elcor version of Hamlet. ("Insincere endorsement," indeed!)
8 of 9: Go up to the people who are standing around just south of that to get the "Citadel: Crime in Progress" assignment. After finishing it, return to the Saronis Applications and Sirta Foundation stores. Talk the people who run them into giving you a discount, then check their terminals to see that they sell some high-priced upgrade items.
9 of 9: That's about it for the tour, except that you should finish up the krogan sushi assignment if you haven't already.
