Go to Apartment.
1 of 4: Go to the SE area with the "mad prophet" and Harrot's Emporium, then go south from the prophet to find an unlocked apartment door on your left.
2 of 4: Go through it and talk to Diana about her murdered daughter.
3 of 4: Open the apartment's interior door to find Nef's room, then examine the statue and note.
4 of 4: Play all three diary entries, then close the diary to get a conversation with Samara about what to do next.
