1 of 3: After the conversation with Captain Kar'Danna is over, go down the corridor past him.
2 of 3: Go through a door to meet Tali's aunt Shala'Raan and get the hearing started.
3 of 3: During the cut-scene, choose as many morality-based choices as you can in Tali's defense. It's not necessary to do so, but it'll get you a few extra morality points.
