Find Mouse.
1 of 3: Use a rapid transit terminal to travel to the Zakera Level 28 area.
2 of 3: Head south to the Dark Star lounge, then look to the right of its entry doors to find Mouse.
3 of 3: Talk to Mouse and either use a Renegade interrupt or a Paragon dialogue option to get him to mention Elias Kalham.
