1 of 3: Use a rapid transit terminal to return to level 27, then go back to Captain Bailey's office and ask him about finding Kolyat.
2 of 3: After Elias Kelham is brought in, you can choose for Thane to be either the good cop or the bad cop. It doesn't really matter which one you choose.
3 of 3: During the interrogation, use either Renegade interrupts or Paragon dialogue topics to move things along. (Note that the Renegade way is faster.)
