Helped Refinery Workers
1 of 8: Use the nearby research terminal to get a heavy weapon ammo upgrade, then go through the previously locked door.
2 of 8: When you come to the end of the walkway, find a railing break that you can go through to drop down to the floor below.
3 of 8: Grab the refined palladium that's setting on some pipes, then move on to a large room with an M-451 Firestorm flame thrower on the floor. Be sure to get that!
4 of 8: Turn right from the flame thrower to find a large doorway that leads to an area with a few Blue Suns hostiles.
5 of 8: Hang back and make them come to you, then search their room for some servos to salvage, a box of power cells to loot, and a weapons locker that you can use to change your loadout (in case you want another heavy weapon instead of the flame thrower).
6 of 8: Open the door near the weapons locker and prepare for an extended battle with the enemies in the big room beyond.
7 of 8: Cross the narrow bridge near the back of the room and open the door to get the mission-ending cut-scene.
8 of 8: NOTE: Since you saved the workers earlier, thereby letting Vido get away, you'll have to use a Paragon or Renegade dialogue option during the cut-scene to get Zaeed's loyalty.
