Mass Effect 2 Hints
Kill Pyjaks.
1 of 7: Go a bit north of Ratch's shop to find the defense gun controls next to the Chief Scout.
2 of 7: Use the controls to start up a little pyjak shooting gallery game.
3 of 7: Use the four movement keys to move your targeting device around, and use the key the game tells you (SPACEBAR on the PC) to fire an explosive round.
4 of 7: Pyjaks will be running toward the bottom of the screen, where the food stores are, and it's up to you to kill enough of them without running out of ammo or food stores to complete the current wave.
5 of 7: When the first wave starts, move your targeting circle down a bit, then be ready to move it quickly left or right so you can fire a round to intercept the pyjaks as they run by.
6 of 7: Remember that each round will take a bit of time to fire and explode after you hit the firing key, so aim a bit ahead. (Anyone who's played the classic Missile Command arcade game will be familiar with this sort of thing.)
7 of 7: There are three waves of pyjaks that you have to blast in order to win. Your ammo supply is renewed at the beginning of each round, but the food stores aren't. You'll have to make sure that very few if any pyjaks get past you alive.
