Mass Effect 2 Hints
Investigate Eclipse Presence.
1 of 10: Go along the path that leads away from your shuttle to find a large cave with a cargo computer in it.
2 of 10: Approach the metal doorway in the cave, ready to take cover next to it and start blasting Eclipse troops in the room ahead.
3 of 10: NOTE: After they're all down, this objective will count as completed, and another one with the exact same name will start.
4 of 10: As you move ahead, watch for a locked door on the right that you'll need to bypass open.
5 of 10: Go up a ramp past the door and take cover to the left of the next doorway while shooting the Eclipse thugs in the next area.
6 of 10: Fight your way through their area until it's completely clear, then search the area to find several thermal clips, a med kit, power cells, a bridge control that'll extend a small bridge (useful for getting to some refined palladium), and a mainframe panel to hack.
7 of 10: After you hack the mainframe, choose to decrypt the encrypted data.
8 of 10: The decryption takes time, and two groups of Eclipse mercs will come after you during the process.
9 of 10: Take cover next to the low metal wall to the left of the mainframe for the first group, then move to the nearby L-shaped metal structure for cover when the second group attacks.
10 of 10: Access the mainframe again after the combat is over to get 7500 credits, then hit the Leave World key (F on the PC) to return to the Normandy.
