1 of 4: First, you'll need to unlock the Sigurd's Cradle nebula by getting the "N7: Blue Suns Base" assignment.
2 of 4: Travel to that nebula, then enter orbit around the moon named Franklin.
3 of 4: Scan it for an anomaly, then mark it with a probe so you can land.
4 of 4: WARNING: This is a very difficult timed assignment, so make a regular save before you board the ship in case you find it to be too much trouble to bother with.
