Omega: Aria T'Loak
1 of 5: You'll get this mission while doing the "Dossier: The Professor" mission's first objective. (NOTE: This entire mission is all put under the "Talk to Aria" objective, so these hints won't have an objective list.)
2 of 5: Go down the starting hallway to find Zaeed if you have his DLC module installed (see the "Dossier: The Veteran" mission), then go through the door on the right.
3 of 5: The Afterlife club is directly ahead of you, so go on in.
4 of 5: Go to the back of it and up some stairs.
5 of 5: Move up to Aria T'Loak to start a conversation cut-scene with her in which you can get information about Professor Mordin and Archangel.
