1 of 3: You can get through most leak areas without taking much damage if you wait until most or all of the leaks stop, then storm quickly past them before they can start up again.
2 of 3: It's okay if you take some damage and then stop in a safe spot to let shields regenerate.
3 of 3: It's also okay if your squad goes down. They'll be fine after you pass all of the leaks and restore the area's power.
